RETURNS & REFUNDS

How to Request a Return:

To return your Cerova products, contact us within 30 days of delivery for standard orders, or within 60 days for your first subscription order.

Return Process:

  2. Receive your prepaid label within 24-48 hours
  3. Ship your return using only our provided label
  4. Get your refund processed within 1-2 business days of receipt

Important: Returns must use our provided shipping label to ensure proper warehouse routing. Items sent to incorrect addresses cannot be refunded.

Refund Timeline:

  • Processing: 1-2 business days after receipt
  • Bank posting: Up to 10 business days depending on your payment method
  • Refunds issued to original payment method only

SUBSCRIPTION-SPECIFIC POLICIES

First Subscription Order:

  • 60-day trial period to see real results
  • Full refund for one (1) opened bottle if unsatisfied
  • Unopened bottles in the same order: full refund

Ongoing Subscriptions:

  • Cancel anytime before your next shipment

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your package arrives damaged or contains incorrect items:

  • Accept the package and document the damage with photos
  • Contact us immediately
  • We'll ship a replacement at no charge OR
  • Issue a full refund including shipping costs

REFUSED PACKAGES

Please accept your package even if you plan to return it. This ensures:

If you must refuse delivery:

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
