To return your Cerova products, contact us within 30 days of delivery for standard orders, or within 60 days for your first subscription order.

- Ship your return using only our provided label

Important: Returns must use our provided shipping label to ensure proper warehouse routing. Items sent to incorrect addresses cannot be refunded.
Refund Timeline:
- Processing: 1-2 business days after receipt
- Bank posting: Up to 10 business days depending on your payment method
- Refunds issued to original payment method only
SUBSCRIPTION-SPECIFIC POLICIES
First Subscription Order:

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

REFUSED PACKAGES

- Lost refused packages: Cannot be refunded

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If your order is returned as undeliverable:
